Our Process

Our goal is to provide our clients with piece of mind from the initial meetings and through out the entire project until completion. We are quite mindful every project is a reflection on Bruno Custom Masonry, LLC's desire to successfully bring our Clients' dreams to fruition.

  • We listen carefully to understand the personal desires of our clients' project and their anticipated budget.
  • We review the feasibility of accomplishing our clients' desires as set forth and/or adjusting desires through Professional experience alternatives to stay with in their budget.

    • Next is the Design step: this process is to agree on the elements of the project and for us to prepare a Concept Drawing with project costs; for our clients review, agreement and/or adjustment accordingly.

    Upon final agreement; the Build step begins; this encompasses the following:

  • Site planning, search for water or gas lines and apply for all required permits. Arrange to have all necessary tradesmen, (IE: electricians, plumbers, excavators, etc.) be advised of their schedules for the project
  • Commence construction, manage delivery of materials, communicate with the client through out the process; ensuring this process proceeds in a timely manner

    • The final stage is the completion of the project. One that enhances our clients' life style and property value. This is the time we stand alongside our client; and applaud another successful project by Bruno Custom Masonry, LLC.
